Listed, is the the change to NERC CIP Version 4 as it applies to Automatic Load Shedding
1.13. Each system or Facility that performs automatic load shedding, without human operator initiation, of 300 MW or more implementing Under Voltage Load Shedding (UVLS) or Under Frequency Load Shedding (UFLS) as required by the regional load shedding program.
This means that facilities that perform automatic load shedding without human operator initiation at 300 MW or more, will be required to identify themselves as Critical Assets.
