Krish Shetty, CEO
An experienced technology executive with a track record of building and leading successful enterprises, Krish co-founded WizNucleus to deliver innovative solutions to address risk management and cyber security compliance needs of critical infrastructure organizations. He has extensive experience in the IBM enterprise software business.
Prior to forming WizNucleus, Krish was President & CEO of Nastel Technologies, a company that built and delivered end-to-end transaction monitoring software on the IBM platform. During his leadership, the company became the leading mission critical middleware management and performance software supplier to the Global 2000 enterprise customers. He built important strategic partnerships with IBM, Hewlett Packard, and BMC Software among others.
Krish is a graduate of Harvard Business School and received his BS degree from Rutgers University.
Satish Talekar, CTO
With strong industrial control systems engineering experience, Satish leads the technology directions of WizNucleus. He has over 20 years of experience in creating software solutions to support industrial business operations. Satish has held management positions in industrial and software engineering at Siemens Information Systems Ltd. of India, and Larsen & Toubro Infotech USA. Satish's knowledge areas include: Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance & Control, Enterprise Asset Management, Certification & Audits, SPC, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), PLM, Product Configurators, Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI), and HMI/SCADA. He is alos an expert in industrial automation systems including, PLCs, Industrial Drives, Process Controllers, Sensors & related hardware, as well as firmware and software based systems.
Satish has a BS in Electronics & Post- graduate diploma in Software Technology from NCST, India.

He contributed to the development of NEI 10-04, "Scope of Systems for the NRC Cyber Security 10 CFR 73.54 and FERC Order 706-B Compliance, and the development of (NEI 08-09, Revision 6) "Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors" . In addition, Bob has performed a number of training activities for the nuclear industry including: Prepared and presented "Nuclear Regulatory Processes - 101" training to 2009 NITSL Conference, Prepared and presented "Current Licensing Basis" training to nuclear employees. Led the development of enhanced company directive for communicating with the NRC Participated in the NEI review of NRC ISG#6 - Digital I&C Licensing Process Developed industry model template for UFSAR Section describing Heavy Loads licensing basis.

Kris Mohan, Vice President of Strategic Alliance
Kris Mohan has over 30 years of broad experience in the nuclear industry and has held senior management positions in engineering and commercial capacities. Kris has led a number of nuclear-design and project management efforts and was responsible for developing and conducting training programs for the AECL's foreign clients. His technical and management contributions have been acknowledged by a number of respected industry and academic organizations. Kris has led and chaired important conferences on Global Warming and has helped the Government of Canada meet its Kyoto obligations....

Kris has served on the Board of the Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS) for over 13 years. Kris is also the Chair of the CNS International Liaison Committee and was appointed by the Canadian Government to serve as a Citizenship Judge.

Michael Echols, Advisor & Smart Grid Solutions Architect
Michael is an accomplished NERC CIP and Smart Grid Cyber Security Expert. He is experienced in all aspects of NERC CIP compliance and Audits, Risk Assessment/ Management, Industrial Control and Information Systems Security, SCADA, and substation automation. He has over 10 years of operational leadership in various areas of compliance including, FERC, NERC CIP, FISMA, FERC, SOX, HIPAA, as well as experience with remediation and governance. Michael has in-depth experience in establishing and implementing an enterprise-wide information-security program. Overseeing department efforts to identify and evaluate all critical systems. Design and implementation of security processes, procedures and protection mechanisms on agencies certified IT network(s). Michael has collaborated with external auditors to conduct in-depth compliance audits and penetration testing, presenting all results to senior management.

Raghu Rao is the co-founder and director at WizNucleus. He has over 20 years experience in IT strategy, architecture and design, development, outsourcing, marketing and sales. Raghu has successfully managed and implemented complex projects on varied platforms for clients in Government, Publishing, Aerospace, Utilities, Chemicals, Legal, Healthcare and Telecom. Prior to WizNucleus, Raghu was the President of InfoZen, which he founded in 1995. At Infozen, Raghu created a world-class team that filled a critical business gap by providing innovative turnkey solutions that converted data into actionable information. InfoZen has emerged as a leading provider of integrated information management and technology solutions to commercial and government clients. Prior to founding InfoZen, he was a program manager for electronic journals and a member of the R&D group at Reed Elsevier's Technology Information Services, where he helped develop several pioneering databases delivered on CD-ROM, electronic journals and encyclopedias.
Raghu has a Master's in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
